服务详情
凭借着对电液伺服测试系统的认知和对测试需求的了解,MTS现场服务工程师深知加载测试框架需要保持在怎样的工作状态。现场服务工程师将检查十字头、框架立柱和底座、作动缸、框架集成伺服分油器、液压管路、电气线路以及夹具和工装等,确保所有部件没有出现漏油,没有过度磨损。然后,现场服务工程师将操作十字头液压提升装置,确认其功能,对框架集成的蓄能器调节其压力,必要时进行充气,最后再确认电液伺服测试系统的性能是否满足测试要求。
当所有例行检查任务结束之后,现场服务工程师会给客户提供一份服务报告,说明服务的项目、服务前后设备的状态,并且给出适当的建议,防微杜渐、及时识别并且纠正小的问题以免出现更大的麻烦,有效延长设备的使用寿命。
