服务详情
依据客户试验任务进度安排以及设备使用状态定义的服务间隔,在设备使用的间隙为329型道路模拟器提供必需的维护、保养服务。在每次例行维护服务结束之后,MTS现场服务工程师会出具一份维护报告,说明服务的项目、服务前后设备的状态,并且给出适当的建议,防微杜渐、及时识别并且纠正小的问题以免出现更大的麻烦,有效延长设备的使用寿命。MTS将保留已执行维护的记录,因此用户可以随时来了解设备状况,并知道已进行了哪些操作以帮助确保正常运行。
由经过专业培训的服务人员进行具体维护保养活动,也可以针对试验室内的维保人员进行培训,了解针对道路模拟器需要完成哪些具体工作,这将有助于确保测试系统每次都被正确地维护。MTS具有优化329型道路模拟试验系统所需的一切,包括专业知识和专用工具。
